CONDITIONS

PAYMENT of 30% through BANK TRANSFER to confirm booking.
You will be required to send a copy of the receipt of payment by email within 1 day as a final confirmation of the reservation.

INDICATIONS FOR THE BALANCE
The balance will be executed in the same manner no later than 10 days before the arrival date.

In the structure we do not have POS, therefore it is not possible pay direcly by credit card.

The Check-in is guaranteed from 2.00 pm, if you need the room before please ask us.

Finally, we ask the guests to provide us with their contacts to be able to contact them in case of need (Surname, Name, Mobile phone number)

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Cancellation up to 30 days before the beginning of the stay: 10% of the total amount;
• Cancellation from 29 to 10 days before the beginning of the stay: 30% of the total amount;
• Cancellation up to 9 days before the beginning of the stay: 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be communicated exclusively by email with the bank details for refunds due as specified above.
